As an injured worker or a family member of an injured worker
one of the most important and helpful things is getting support.
This can be done by getting support from other injured workers.
Some just have Facebook community pages, some in person meet regularly.
If you do not have a local support group in your area or even in the province consider starting a group.
It will make a difference for you and other injured workers!
Below is a list of support groups separated by
Province/Territory in Canada.
If you are a support group leader and would like your support group meeting information placed here, then send me a message using my contact page
and I will gladly add the information.

A lot of times support groups struggle to exist even, though they provide an invaluable service to society.
To help support the groups I have created a "Advocates How To Page"
where support groups can learn about business registration as well as funding options available to them.
